About this role
SCT is seeking a Human Capital Analyst supporting NASA’s Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO). The role provides enterprise-wide support across talent services (Talent Management and Talent Acquisition) and helps design and implement a new HR Operations function, using data analysis and process design to drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect/validate/analyze qualitative and quantitative data and recommend actionable solutions
- Create briefings, analyses, reports, and presentations for management
- Develop project and implementation plans and track milestones
- Facilitate client meetings and document data calls, decisions, and action items
- Build surveys/feedback mechanisms and create data visualizations including dashboard development and workflow mapping
Technical Overview
This position focuses on program reporting, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and business process design for Federal HR operations. Deliverables include briefing materials, reports, presentations, surveys, data visualizations, dashboard development, and document workflow mapping to inform leadership decision-making.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Human Capital Analyst who understands Federal HR operations and can analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. They will be able to design and document business processes, support talent management and talent acquisition initiatives, create reports and dashboards, and facilitate stakeholder engagement for NASA OCHCO transformation efforts.
