About this role
Act as a Human Resources Business Partner with a People Relations focus, partnering with Integrated Supply Chain internal customers to deliver HR guidance across strategy, processes, communications, policies, procedures, and services. The role covers HR support across varied locations (as stated) and requires strong employee relations, talent acquisition, and compensation support.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level Human Resources professional with 5+ years of HR experience who can serve as a People Relations-focused HR Business Partner. They will partner with leadership and Integrated Supply Chain stakeholders to manage talent acquisition, drive talent management and org design, advise on employee and labor relations, and support performance management and compensation planning using strong communication and analytical skills.
