About this role
Serve as a Human Resources Business Partner (People Relations) providing HR guidance and support to Integrated Supply Chain internal customers. The role supports a wide range of HR activities and is designed to cover HR needs outside standard first shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with functional leadership on human resource strategies
- Manage talent acquisition including recruiting strategy and processes
- Drive talent management/development programs and org design
- Counsel employees and leaders on employee relations and performance management
- Investigate employee/labor relations issues and support dispute resolution
Technical Overview
Non-technical HR role focusing on HR strategy implementation, talent acquisition, talent management, employee and labor relations, performance management, and compensation planning. Uses Microsoft Office Suite and advanced PC applications for HR-related communications and documentation.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an HR Business Partner with 5+ years of Human Resources experience, strong employee relations capability, and hands-on talent acquisition and talent management experience. They can partner effectively with business leaders (including Integrated Supply Chain stakeholders), manage performance and disputes, and provide compensation planning support while working well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment on an off-shift schedule.
