This role partners with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and daily HR services, including leadership development, employee relations, coaching and counseling, and performance management. Key Responsibilities
- Drive leadership development, employee coaching, and performance management initiatives
- Own the strategic people agenda at the functional level
- Consult on performance management, talent management, leadership development, organizational alignment, culture, and employee engagement
- Address employee concerns and conduct and document employee investigations
- Partner with Legal and / or HR management on people-related matters
