Support the HR and onboarding team with recruiting coordination, new hire onboarding, employee record management, and day-to-day HR support. This entry-level role focuses on organization, compliance tracking, and being a first point of contact for routine employee HR questions.

Track onboarding/compliance completion across Journeys, Learning modules, and Form I-9s, and prepare standard HR reports using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level HR professional with 1 year of administrative, customer service, or HR-related experience and strong organization/attention to detail. They are comfortable handling confidential information, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and have basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel while supporting onboarding compliance including Form I-9s and the Colorado New Hire Database.
