About this role
Regions Financial seeks a Human Resources Data and Reporting Analyst to maintain data sources, ensure data quality, and provide insights through reporting and analytics to support organizational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains databases and management reports; analyzes data to identify anomalies and trends; maintains data sources using Workday Prism; extracts and coordinates data to support policy changes; interprets results and provides insights; captures and documents HR data definitions and data quality requirements
Technical Overview
Focus on Workday Prism platform and Workday reporting, data extraction/analysis, and data governance; use of MS-Access/SQL, VB Macro/PowerBuilder for data manipulation; collaboration with leaders on training and HR data definitions.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of HR data analytics experience with Workday Prism platform experience, strong data governance, and data storytelling to drive business decisions.
