About this role
HR Director responsible for all HR activities at a Universal Health Services facility in North Little Rock. Oversees recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, workers' compensation and HRIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment and staffing processes
- Manage compensation and benefits programs
- Lead training and orientation for new hires
- Ensure employee relations and workers' compensation processes
- Maintain personnel records in the HRIS and ensure regulatory compliance
Technical Overview
Proficient in HRIS, payroll administration, benefits and compensation design, and regulatory compliance for healthcare settings.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an executive-level HR leader with at least 8 years of healthcare HR experience, strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws, and a track record in recruitment, compensation, benefits, and HRIS. They should demonstrate strategic leadership and the ability to partner with the CEO and senior leadership.
