About this role
Serve as an HR Generalist supporting employee relations, performance management, compliance, and compensation administration. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, including conducting exit interviews and analyzing trends to recommend improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as point of contact for employee relations matters
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and interpreting HR laws and regulations
- Assist with performance management (goal setting and performance reviews)
- Administer compensation programs for exempt and non-exempt employees
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and improvement areas

They are comfortable serving as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees, facilitating conflict resolution, conducting exit interviews, and using exit interview data to identify trends. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, with an HR certification as a plus.
