About this role
The Human Resources Manager partners with local management to run HR functions for assigned divisions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company programs. They administer staffing, training, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and compensation, and help implement strategic HR initiatives locally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and consultation including coaching on performance management and conflict management
- Implement and monitor HR policies and programs for training, compensation, compliance, and benefits
- Maintain employee information and manage HR actions including terminations/separations
- Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and unemployment compensation requirements
- Conduct HR investigations and implement succession planning and talent management plans
Technical Overview

They also have experience with succession planning and talent management, and can influence people-related decisions at the division level.
