This role supports HR operational excellence for Caterpillar’s Large Power Systems Division (LPSD) in Dyer, IN. You will execute employment compliance, payroll, absence management, time tracking, benefits administration, and employee data management while improving HR process efficiency and reporting HR operational metrics.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide excellent employee-facing service
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR process experience, quality, velocity, and cost
- Maintain an HR Operations knowledge database
