Human Resources Trainer-RN providing hospital-wide training with a focus on HRIS/LMS/payroll systems and ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee training for entire hospital
- Orientation and annual trainings
- CPR/First Aid/Safety Crisis Management in-services
- Collaborate with Risk Management and Employee Health
- Provide corrective actions training
Technical Overview
Technical familiarity with WorkDay, Healthstreams, and UKG; HR training and compliance focus; RN background required.
Ideal Candidate
Ideal candidate is an RN with at least 1 year of training experience and familiarity with WorkDay, Healthstreams, and UKG; PHR certification is preferred and Virginia RN license must be in good standing.
