The role requires interpreting HVAC schematics and wiring diagrams and may include support for building automation systems (BAS) and energy-efficient HVAC operation.

The ideal candidate is an HVAC-focused facilities engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems in a commercial, industrial, or hospitality environment. They are strong with chillers, boilers, refrigeration systems, air handlers, pumps, motors, and ventilation, and they can interpret HVAC schematics and wiring diagrams. EPA Section 608 Certification is preferred, along with experience using building automation systems (BAS).
