Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled servicing of facility HVAC systems
- Monitor, maintain, calibrate, and alter building HVAC systems

- Collaborate with other departments and vendors to update/design/install systems
- Follow standard operating procedures, attend training, and perform housekeeping duties
Technical Overview
Facility HVAC maintenance and service work covering operational maintenance, calibration, and system adjustments for fans, chillers, and thermal oil boilers. Requires the ability to interpret technical service manuals, electrical schematics, and blueprints, and to follow life safety, mechanical, and building codes while using Microsoft Office Suite and industrial PPE.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an HVAC Technician with strong facility HVAC service experience, including scheduled servicing and operation/maintenance of exhaust and supply fans, air cooled chillers, and thermal oil boilers. They are comfortable reading technical service manuals, electrical schematics, and blueprints, using Microsoft Office Suite, and working safely with PPE in an industrial manufacturing environment.
