About this role
Pacific Life is seeking a Case Design Analyst to support life insurance illustrations, run inforce illustrations, and provide training and support for illustration software. This hybrid in-office role requires licensing within 180 days and strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Case Design and Illustration Software Support by answering phone calls and responding to email requests
- Provide consultative case design assistance by aligning requestor goals with the appropriate products, riders, and features
- Generate and send out accurate illustrations within the specified time frame after receiving the request
- Promote and support marketing campaign initiatives
- Troubleshoot and analyze software to determine validity of issue
Technical Overview
Role centers on case design and illustration software, processing inforce illustrations, and MS Office expertise with emphasis on customer-facing support and training.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level Case Design Analyst with 1-2 years in life insurance, proficient with illustration software and MS Office, capable of providing case design support and end-user training, and holds FINRA Series 6/63 and SIE within 180 days.
