About this role
The IAM Analyst will focus on information security controls and day-to-day Identity & Access Management operations. The role ensures IAM control standards are followed, supports audit readiness, and handles escalations for complex access and provisioning issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain IAM control standards and governance
- Identify control procedure owners and validate control documentation
- Serve as escalation point for complex access/provisioning issues
- Oversee privileged account approval process and self-audits
- Resolve IAM incidents and service requests with troubleshooting
Technical Overview
You will manage IAM governance processes, validate control procedures and documentation, and support control testing and remediation. The role also covers incident and service request ticket resolution, identity lifecycle management (especially privileged accounts), and coordination with Azure licensing and network identity services.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an IAM Analyst with hands-on experience running Identity & Access Management operations, including access provisioning, account administration, and identity governance. They are strong in IAM controls and governance, can support audit readiness, and serve as an escalation point for complex access issues.
