IAM Transformational Analyst - Corporate Information Security

This role supports transformation of the bank-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) function for corporate information security. The analyst helps drive organizational design, change management, process re-engineering, service/capability maturity, and data-driven risk remediation through ownership and influence.

• Align with IAM-wide priorities and Truist Vision, Mission and Values
• Drive accountability through setting expectations, feedback, and performance management
• Remove 'IAM Blinders' by taking a Truist-wide approach to solving IAM challenges
• Support organizational change, process re-engineering, and maturity improvements (service management and capability maturity)
• Develop cross-departmental cases to solve problems using technical and financial tradeoffs

They bring experience with process re-engineering, organizational change management, and data-driven risk remediation, and can build cross-departmental cases using clear technical and financial tradeoffs.
