About this role
IBE Analyst handling ERP/CRM related administrative and procurement support across SAP/IFS environments, with focus on contracts, orders, and material tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute processes in SOPs and guidelines
- Manage customer order lifecycle including procurement
- Maintain project/contract status in systems
- Publish required reports
- Collaborate with Planning Team for material availability
Technical Overview
ERP environment using SAP and IFS; contract creation, order entry, procurement, and procurement-related documentation with Lean Six Sigma as a preferred methodology.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an ERP Analyst with hands-on SAP experience and exposure to contract creation, order entry, and procurement processes across SAP/IFS environments in Pune/Noida.
