About this role
Amazon is looking for an Infrastructure Delivery Installation Technician to install and troubleshoot cabling and support the stability of next-generation networks. You will work with minimal supervision, collaborate with teams, and provide after-hours support in a 24/7 environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install fiber and copper cabling and patch cabling between equipment
- Troubleshoot fiber and copper runs and devices within the racks
- Assist with planning for moving and implementing large enterprise equipment
- Support 24/7 operations including primary responder rotation and after-hours support
- Collaborate with teams to automate and scale network delivery
