About this role
IGA Operations Engineer supports the operation of identity governance and administration platforms, providing level 2 support, implementing ITIL processes, and driving Saviynt-based projects and onboarding initiatives in a fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for the IGA solution; implement and manage incident, service request, change, and problem processes; maintain system configurations and runbooks; act as IGA subject matter expert on projects; participate in onboarding of new solutions; be on-call for incidents; further Saviynt integration
Technical Overview
Hands-on with Saviynt and identity management tooling; involves AD/EntraID, SQL scripting, PowerShell/JSON, API integration, and ServiceNow-based ticketing and runbooks.

The ideal candidate is an IGA operations engineer with Saviynt experience and 3+ years in identity governance. They should be proficient in AD/EntraID, SQL, PowerShell, API integration, and on-call incident handling within a fintech environment.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experienceRelevant technical or security certification (e.g.CompTia Security+CySA+Certified Identity Governance Expert (CIGE)Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT)Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP))Three (3) years of practical industry experience in designdevelopmentcustomizationconfigurationdeploymentand support of identity management and governance products in large-scale environments with diversified application and authentication requirementsExperience with Saviynt or similar IGA toolPrior experience with API's would be a plusSQL scripting experience is requiredExperience with Active DirectoryAzure AD/EntraIDand SNOW ticketing systemAbility to write and/or modify PowerShell and JSON scripts
