About this role
IGA operations engineer responsible for the operation and support of identity governance and administration (IGA) platform, focusing on Saviynt, AD/AAD, SNOW, and scripting to automate governance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for IGA within SLAs
- Implement and manage incident, service request, change, and problem processes
- Maintain configurations and runbooks
- Participate in projects and onboarding of new solutions
- On-call resource for incident response

IGA-focused role with Saviynt; AD and Azure AD/EntraID; SNOW ticketing; SQL, PowerShell, JSON scripting; API integration; incident/change management; on-call support.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an identity governance engineer with Saviynt experience and 3+ years in IGA, strong Active Directory/Azure AD experience, ServiceNow integration, and PowerShell/JSON scripting to automate governance tasks.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experienceThree (3) years of practical industry experience in designdevelopmentcustomizationconfigurationdeploymentand support of identity management and governance products in large-scale environmentsExperience with Saviynt or similar IGA tool is requiredSQL scripting experience is requiredExperience with Active DirectoryAzure AD/EntraIDand SNOW ticketing systemAbility to write and/or modify PowerShell and JSON scriptions
