Tier 1 IT desktop support for Galen College of Nursing, providing end-user assistance, hardware/software support, and AV/room tech across campus via remote and on-site channels.

Technical Overview
End-user IT support with Windows, Office, AD, Outlook; AV and video conferencing; basic networking and device management; remote assistance
Ideal Candidate
An entry-to-mid level IT desktop support technician with at least 2 years of experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with Windows systems, AD, and Outlook. Comfortable delivering remote and campus-based support in an education/healthcare environment.
