About this role

Nemours Children's Health seeks an Imaging Informatics PC Support Technician to provide on-premise hardware and software support for imaging informatics, maintain PACS governance standards, and perform PACS workstation upgrades with Barco QA Web.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair imaging informatics hardware and software
Partner with Imaging Informatics and IS teams for first-line support
Coordinate with hardware vendors and perform equipment moves
Document tickets and maintain asset inventories
Participate in on-call rotation
