About this role

Implementation Consultant for Foundant Technologies, remotely configuring and testing software with clients, leading end-to-end implementation and QA before go-live for nonprofit clients.

Key Responsibilities

Configure systems from end-to-end under project lead
Lead client sessions and walkthroughs
Troubleshoot client issues and perform integrated system testing
Assist Support in solving complex tickets
QA before UAT with clients

Technical Overview

Front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and data formats (XML, JSON); SQL; CMS configuration; SDLC; QA and UAT; client-facing system integration and testing

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a technically capable implementation consultant with 3+ years of hands-on HTML/CSS/JS/XML/JSON and SQL experience, CMS configuration, and SDLC understanding, capable of delivering end-to-end software implementations for nonprofit clients remotely.
