About this role
The Implementation Project Manager owns end-to-end client onboarding, including planning, timelines, deliverables, training, and status tracking. The role coordinates across Sales, Implementation, Operations, and clients while escalating issues and supporting technical initiatives like automation and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop implementation process including Standard Operating Procedures
- Manage handoff from Sales to Implementation to Operations
- Establish and track implementation timelines and status
- Develop and distribute client-specific Statement of Work and training guides
- Troubleshoot technical difficulties and support onboarding
Technical Overview
This role is focused on healthcare release of information and health information management workflows, supporting EHR/EMR-based onboarding and creating EMR training guides. It also includes troubleshooting technical difficulties and supporting automation and software integrations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a healthcare-experienced Implementation Project Manager with 5+ years in the healthcare or related field and 2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience. They have deep familiarity with Release of Information and Health Information Management concepts, and they can run end-to-end client onboarding by building timelines, Statements of Work, and training guides while coordinating with Sales, Operations, and clients.
