About this role

As an Implementation Specialist, you will support custom pros during post-sale onboarding by migrating their data into Houzz Pro. You will gather requirements, clean and format data, run imports, collaborate across teams, and maintain documentation for internal tracking and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

Assess data migration needs and set expectations with custom pros
Host customer-facing calls to gather requirements and clarify data formats
Clean, format, and manipulate data for Houzz Pro compatibility
Collaborate with onboarding, sales, and product teams to troubleshoot
Maintain detailed documentation and act as a point of contact for migration questions

Technical Overview

This is a SaaS onboarding and data-migration implementation role using spreadsheet-driven data prep and import workflows (Excel and Google Sheets). You will coordinate data requirements and troubleshooting with cross-functional teams, using Salesforce for communication and maintaining detailed migration documentation.
