About this role
Support the planning, implementation, training, and education of Smile Doctors processes and Cloud 9 software for newly affiliated doctors and teams. Lead virtual and onsite training, provide conversion support, and help clean up data before and after conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and interpret reports from practice management systems
- Develop and lead virtual trainings
- Oversee mapping of legacy systems
- Manage and lead onsite training and support for software conversions
- Analyze and support pre and post conversion data cleanup
Technical Overview
Deliver business systems training tied to practice management systems and Cloud 9 software, including extracting and interpreting reports, mapping legacy systems, and coordinating software conversions. Perform pre/post conversion data cleanup and provide both onsite and remote support to implementation teams.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level dental or orthodontic clinical professional with 5+ years of clinical experience and 2+ years delivering business systems training. They have hands-on experience supporting software conversions (onsite and remotely), mapping legacy systems, and performing data cleanup for pre and post conversion accuracy, including intermediate accounts receivable knowledge.
