Import Analyst (Customs Brokerage) - Late Shift (4pm - Midnight EST)

Import Analyst handles remote customs brokerage operations, ensuring efficient, compliant entry submissions, data accuracy, and coordination of exams and holds for imports during peak evening hours.

• Process customs entries
• Review and input data accurately
• Explain documentation requirements to customers
• Resolve issues with customers and internal teams
• Manage PAPS, CBP holds, and exams

Uses customs brokerage software and ACE/ABI to process entries, classify HTS codes, and manage regulatory communications; coordinates with carriers and government officers.

The ideal candidate is an entry‑ to mid‑level imports operation specialist with 2+ years of customs brokerage experience, solid knowledge of FDA, PGA and CBP regulations, and hands‑on experience with ACE/ABI and PAPS. They should be adept at detailed data entry, regulatory documentation, and coordinating exams during evening shifts.
