About this role
Global manufacturing company seeks a Commercial Corporate Counsel to lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, and manage regulatory compliance and disclosures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements
- Advise on contract structure, risk allocation, and commercial strategy
- Advise on international trade compliance and regulatory obligations
- Drive continuous improvement of contract templates, policies, and workflows
- Support corporate compliance programs including anti-bribery and export controls
Technical Overview
Scope includes international trade compliance, export controls, and strategic advisory on contract structuring, risk allocation, and governance. Also responsible for improving templates and workflows and supporting SEC disclosures.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Corporate Counsel with a track record negotiating complex commercial agreements, managing regulatory compliance, and handling SEC disclosures. Strong cross-functional partnering and governance experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
