About this role
Lead an in-plant services operation to ensure service excellence and effective bidding of new lines of business. Own day-to-day performance, safety, compliance, KPI review, and P&L outcomes for assigned customer account(s).

- Create and manage audit processes for assigned programs
- Review KPI performance with corrective actions when needed
- Own safety, compliance, and P&L objectives for assigned operations
Technical Overview
Focus on operational execution and performance analytics using KPI tracking and reporting/analysis of in-plant service metrics. Implement audit processes, corrective action workflows, and change management initiatives to improve compliance, sustainability, and cost effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an operations/account leader who can manage an in-plant services team on-site at a customer facility and drive performance against KPI goals. They bring strong safety, compliance, and P&L accountability, with experience running audits, driving corrective actions, and improving waste minimization and revenue growth.
