Block is hiring an Inbound Sales Manager to lead a remote team of Account Executives in fintech inside sales. The role drives predictable revenue growth using KPIs, pipeline management, forecasting, and hands-on coaching through live calls and data-backed feedback.

The role is data-driven, requiring KPI management, pipeline and forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Sales Ops to strengthen go-to-market execution.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level inside sales manager with 3–5+ years of inside sales management experience leading quota-carrying Account Executives. They have a strong record of exceeding team revenue goals, building scalable processes for pipeline management and forecasting, and coaching performance using data and live call participation. They are comfortable running remote teams and using Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and Salesloft.
