Incentive Compensation & Data Analyst works within the Tools and Outdoor team to manage incentive payouts, administer the Xactly platform, collect requirements from sales/finance/HR, and develop incentive performance reports and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly/quarterly/annual incentive payouts
Administer Xactly Incentive Management Platform
Gather business requirements and implement incentive plan strategy
Distribute incentive calculations and approvals
Develop incentive performance reporting

Analytics stack includes SAP BW, Salesforce, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL; emphasis on incentive modeling and cross-functional data integration.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a data analyst with 1-3 years of data management experience, proficient in SAP, Salesforce, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and SQL, capable of managing incentive data using Xactly and delivering cross-functional insights.
