This role is responsible for managing strategic large industrial customer accounts, serving as the main point of contact and building long-term partnerships. You will plan accounts, identify growth opportunities, coordinate internally for reliable service, promote energy programs, and guide customers using rate and regulatory knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as main point of contact for large industrial accounts
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans including load growth and capital forecasts
- Identify and pursue electric load and expansion opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for service reliability and issue resolution
- Interpret electric rates, tariffs, and regulatory changes; support billing adjustments and contract negotiations
Technical Overview
The role blends commercial account management with energy regulatory and rate fluency: interpreting electric rates and tariffs, supporting rate analysis and billing adjustments, and negotiating contracts while coordinating cross-functionally across engineering, operations, metering, and billing.
