About this role
Industrial Engineer - 2nd Shift responsible for identifying facility design requirements and improving warehouse operations, with a focus on productivity improvements and standardization across sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify facility design requirements based on activity levels, product profiles, and transport methods
- Develop production time studies and KPI analytics
- Identify bottlenecks and improve flow
- Perform value stream mapping and process improvements
- Convert proposals into SOPs and ISO-compliant documents
Technical Overview
Hands-on use of 1-D system tools (AMESIM or GT-Power) is required for this role along with analytical visualizations via Tableau/Power BI/Data Studio and standard office software.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level industrial engineer with 1+ year of experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio). They should be capable of supporting layout optimization and process improvements in a logistics environment.
