About this role

Industrial Engineer - 2nd Shift responsible for identifying facility design requirements and improving warehouse operations, with a focus on productivity improvements and standardization across sites.

Key Responsibilities

Identify facility design requirements based on activity levels, product profiles, and transport methods
Develop production time studies and KPI analytics
Identify bottlenecks and improve flow
Perform value stream mapping and process improvements
Convert proposals into SOPs and ISO-compliant documents

Technical Overview

Hands-on use of 1-D system tools (AMESIM or GT-Power) is required for this role along with analytical visualizations via Tableau/Power BI/Data Studio and standard office software.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an entry-level industrial engineer with 1+ year of experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio). They should be capable of supporting layout optimization and process improvements in a logistics environment.
