Industrial Engineer to drive measurable improvements in sales performance, labor productivity, and operational efficiency across BJ's retail stores and digital channels. Applies data analysis, process engineering, and cross-functional collaboration to implement scalable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and improve store and digital processes to increase sales conversion, basket size, and member retention
Conduct time and motion studies, develop labor standards, and recommend workflow improvements
Evaluate store operations, staffing models, checkout performance, inventory flow, and fulfillment processes
Support optimization of digital order fulfillment and site/app workflows
Track project milestones, measure KPI impact, and report progress to leadership

Technical Overview

Hands-on data analytics and process optimization using SQL/Python and visualization tools; Lean/Six Sigma methodologies; experience with labor modeling and workforce management.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level industrial engineer with 3-5+ years in retail or supply chain, proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization, and skilled in Lean/Six Sigma for process improvements across store and digital channels.
