Industrial Engineer II: Sun-Tues./Sun.-Wed. 6am-6pm (CVG 100)

Industrial Engineer II at Jabil is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing integrated production and service delivery systems to improve performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence, and cost control. The role focuses on waste elimination through standard Industrial Engineering processes, time standards development in IEDB, and supporting Lean process improvement and standardization across the site.

The ideal candidate is an Industrial Engineer II-level professional with hands-on experience applying industrial engineering tools such as work measurement, process mapping, and workstation/facility design. They have strong analytical ability and experience maintaining process databases (IEDB), working with SAP and Manufacturing Execution System configurations, and supporting Lean process improvement through standardization and accurate data.
