Key Responsibilities

Model capacity, throughput, and staffing to support daily operations, peak planning, and S&OP
Design and optimize DC layouts, pick/put strategies, and material flow
Develop standards of work (SOPs), ergonomics improvements, and safety by design
Lead cost/benefit analyses and capital justifications for process changes and MHE
Build, validate, and maintain engineered labor standards using time study and methods analysis

Technical Overview

Focus on labor standards, LMS/WMS integration, data analytics (SQL, Power BI/Tableau), and continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, DMAIC) with automation and simulation (FlexSim) as applicable.

Ideal Candidate

An experienced industrial engineer with 1-3 years in distribution, skilled in Manhattan LMS, engineered labor standards, and data analytics to drive productivity across DCs; comfortable with travel up to 50%.
