Industrial Maintenance Tech performs maintenance, repairs, and installs equipment, machinery, and facilities under direct supervision. The role supports scheduled preventative maintenance, mechanical inspection and repairs, record keeping, and troubleshooting with strong safety practices.

Technical Overview
This is an entry-level industrial maintenance role centered on mechanical equipment. Responsibilities include scheduled preventative maintenance, following OSHA requirements and lock-out/tag-out procedures, reading basic machine schematics, and using measuring equipment (digital and dial indicators, calipers, micrometers, levels, angle and depth gages) with accuracy to 0.001" to diagnose wear or damage.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level maintenance technician with a GED or high school diploma and a safety-first approach that includes OSHA requirements and lock-out/tag-out procedures. They can inspect and repair mechanical equipment and read basic machine schematics, with familiarity using measuring tools like dial indicators, calipers, and micrometers.
