About this role

The Informaticist 2 coordinates analytics work with IT and business teams using insights from knowledge SMEs, supporting pharmacy analytics focused on member outreach and medication regimens. The role uses Python and SQL to analyze data, build models, optimize programs, and present findings to business partners.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with analytics, IT and business areas using insights from knowledge SMEs
Perform data analysis using Python and SQL
Apply data modeling and optimization to predict behavior and improve programs
Evaluate clinical programs focused on member outreach and medication regimens
Articulate and present findings and insights to business partners

Technical Overview

Work with pharmacy claims data and apply data modeling and optimization techniques to predict behavior and improve programs and products to maximize revenue growth. Use Python and SQL for at least 2 years, and optionally leverage Databricks and Power BI for analytics workflows and reporting.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an analytics professional with 2-5 years of data analysis experience and at least 2 years of Python and SQL experience. They can use data modeling and optimization to predict behavior and drive business outcomes, presenting insights clearly to business partners. Preferred experience includes Databricks and Power BI, and they are comfortable working with pharmacy claims data for member outreach and medication regimen evaluations.
