About this role
Lead secure, resilient, high-performing IT infrastructure for Spring’s nationwide healthcare network. You will combine strategic oversight of network engineering with hands-on information security and compliance execution, ensuring connectivity for clinics, HQ, and remote teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain WAN/LAN network infrastructure
- Manage Meraki-based firewalls and security appliances
- Ensure VPN and secure remote access for teleworkers
- Oversee enterprise-grade Meraki Wi-Fi across locations
- Lead networking/security aspects of new site builds while troubleshooting complex issues
Technical Overview
Own network architecture across WAN/LAN, manage Meraki-based firewalls and security appliances, and provide VPN/remote access and enterprise Wi-Fi. Lead security and connectivity for new site builds while troubleshooting complex issues and supporting compliance/regulatory certification needs.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on network and information security leader who can design, implement, and maintain resilient IT infrastructure for a multi-site healthcare organization. They have strong experience with Meraki-based firewalls/security appliances, VPN and remote access, and enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, along with a working understanding of compliance and regulatory certifications.
