About this role
Provide comprehensive technical support to end users across hospitality properties. You will monitor and resolve service requests, install and maintain computer systems and peripherals, and troubleshoot networking and voice/telecom systems while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage ticket queues for break/fix incidents and service requests
- Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, networking, and application-related issues on-site and remotely
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and telephone equipment
- Support LAN, WAN, wireless connectivity, structured cabling, and basic TCP/IP networking issues
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues while maintaining ownership through resolution
Technical Overview
This role focuses on end-user computing and property hardware support using Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID (Azure AD). It includes endpoint management (imaging, patching, asset tracking), hospitality networking (guest and staff Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, structured cabling, basic TCP/IP), and support for PBX/voicemail and AV/telecommunications equipment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an IT support technician with strong end-user computing and hospitality hardware support experience. They can troubleshoot tickets across hardware, software, networking, and applications using Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID (Azure AD), while managing endpoint imaging, patching, and asset tracking.
