About this role
Provide comprehensive IT support across hospitality properties by monitoring tickets, resolving end-user hardware/software/networking issues, and escalating complex problems. Support a broad stack including Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID user access, endpoint imaging and patching, hospitality networking, and PBX/telecommunications systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor ticket queues and ensure documentation and closure
- Provide on-site and remote technical assistance for hardware, software, networking, and applications
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and telephone equipment
- Support LAN, WAN, wireless connectivity, structured cabling, and basic TCP/IP
- Provide PBX and voice/fax/voicemail technical support with escalation as needed
Technical Overview
Technical scope includes Windows 11 and Windows Server basics plus mobile support for iOS/iPadOS and Android. Operate Microsoft 365 administration and user access (Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD)), perform endpoint management (imaging, patching, asset tracking), troubleshoot LAN/WAN/wireless connectivity and structured cabling, and support PBX/voicemail, conferencing, and AV systems.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an IT technician who supports hospitality end users with strong endpoint management skills, including imaging and patching, plus Microsoft 365 support (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online). They have experience with Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) for user and access management and can troubleshoot networking (LAN/WAN, wireless connectivity, structured cabling, basic TCP/IP) and voice systems (PBX, voicemail, conferencing, AV).
