About this role
This role is a lead IT Manager responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure and ensuring the security of the organization’s information systems, including Industrial Control Systems (ICS). The manager will also lead IT staff and serve as the ISSM, requiring CISSP or Provisional CISSP.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee IT infrastructure (SANs, VMware hosts, Windows servers/desktops, mobile devices, VoIP, web apps)
- Ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability
- Serve as ISSM / Information System Security Manager for Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
- Lead and manage IT staff (recruitment, training, performance evaluations)
- Plan and manage IT projects within scope and within budget
Technical Overview
You will manage SANs, VMware hosts, Windows servers/desktops, mobile devices, VoIP phones, and web-based applications, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. The role includes developing IT policies and best practices and performing Information System Security Management for ICS, alongside leading infrastructure and IT projects within scope and budget.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a lead-level IT infrastructure and security manager who can oversee enterprise IT operations while also serving as the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) for Industrial Control Systems (ICS). They must have (or be able to obtain) CISSP (or Provisional CISSP) and experience managing VMware hosts, SANs, Windows servers/desktops, and security-focused IT policies.
