About this role

The Information Technology Product Lead will design, deliver, and support Indirect Source-to-Pay capabilities within an Agile Product Oriented Delivery (POD), driving adoption of an enterprise Ariba solution. The role partners with process owners, systems integrators, PMO, data teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful deployments, UAT, and cutover readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Own design artifacts and requirements for end-to-end Source to Pay Process
Lead design sessions and capture process flows, exceptions, decision points, and narrative
Coordinate system integration acceptance criteria and validation scenarios
Define master data validation scenarios and coordinate data cleansing with Master Data Governance (MDG)
Track readiness for integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover and escalate corrective actions

Technical Overview

This is a functional and technical leadership role focused on SAP Ariba (configuration, enhancement, customization, integration) and end-to-end Source-to-Pay process requirements. The lead owns design artifacts, coordinates system integration acceptance criteria and validation scenarios, drives master data validation/test cases (with Master Data Governance (MDG)), and manages UAT and cutover readiness with change impact assessments.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior IT product lead with 10+ years of experience in Procure to Pay and/or Accounts Payable systems and deep hands-on expertise with SAP Ariba configuration, enhancement, customization, and integration. They have led global transformations using frameworks like Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile, and can drive Source-to-Pay design, UAT, cutover readiness, and adoption with PMO, POD teams, and systems integrators.

Must-Have Skills
