About this role
IT Support Intern will assist the IT Service Desk and device lifecycle management, gaining hands-on experience in ticket triage, onboarding/offboarding, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with IT Service Desk ticket triage and documentation
- Support user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with hardware inventory tracking and device management
- Support documentation of IT processes and workflows
- Assist in updating knowledge base articles
Technical Overview
Supports Windows-based environments with Microsoft 365 suite, Azure AD/Intune, and ServiceNow. Exposure to asset tracking and knowledge base documentation.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an motivated IT/CS student ready to gain hands-on exposure to IT service desk operations, with familiarity in Windows, Microsoft 365, and user account management, and a willingness to document processes and contribute to process improvements.
