This role provides Tier 2 IT support and serves as the systems or network administrator for department networked computers. You will troubleshoot PC and network issues, maintain HelpDesk applications/databases, manage inventories, and support integration efforts with central IT.

They can provide Tier 2 HelpDesk support, troubleshoot hardware/software, maintain IT systems and inventories, and collaborate on integrations with central IT teams.
