About this role

Install and deploy network infrastructure equipment, including Fiber and Copper cabling and rack installations, while maintaining safety and security standards. Troubleshoot complex scenarios with cross-functional teams and support 24/7 operations as needed.

Technical Overview

This is a hands-on infrastructure delivery role focused on physical network installation: cabling (Fiber and Copper), cabling patching, rack installation, and break-fix activities. It includes operating within AWS Infrastructure Services environments and requires maintaining TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an Infra Delivery Install Technician with hands-on experience installing enterprise network cabling (Fiber and Copper), performing rack installation, and executing break-fix procedures safely. They must be a US citizen and hold an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (and obtain and maintain TS/SCI with polygraph after start).
