Technical Overview

Technical, infrastructure-focused work aligned to AWS Infrastructure Services, supporting global infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and power/cooling equipment. Emphasis is on network stability/scalability, troubleshooting, and automated systems within data center operations.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an onsite, hands-on technician who can support AWS data centers with strong troubleshooting ability and a focus on network stability and scalability. They are able to travel/commute between data center locations, work 24/7 environments with primary responder rotation, and perform physically demanding tasks safely.
