About this role
We are seeking an Infrastructure Manager to oversee security-focused IT operations, systems management, and network technologies in a hybrid cloud/on-premises environment. You will manage VMware platforms, Azure, and endpoint security tools, while driving major IT projects and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage hybrid cloud/on-prem infrastructure
- Administer VMware platforms and Horizon View
- Lead endpoint security and vulnerability management
- Oversee IT projects and vendor management
- Mentor IT staff and contribute to strategic planning
Technical Overview
The scope includes hybrid cloud design, Azure/Entra ID/AD, VMware (Horizon View, ESXi), and endpoint security (CrowdStrike, ThreatLocker, Abnormal AI) with vulnerability management, incident response, and policy governance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior infrastructure leader with strong Azure and VMware experience, strong security focus, and ability to manage a small team and multiple office locations while guiding strategic IT initiatives.
