About this role
Founding AI Platform Engineer role focused on owning and building key modules of Xenios’ AI-native coaching platform. The engineer will run Discovery Builds, validate concepts via prototypes, and deliver production-grade software through rapid Feature Sprints.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and build critical modules of the Xenios ecosystem
- Lead Discovery Builds (research, proofs of concept, specs from prototypes)
- Ship production-grade software
- Execute rapid Feature Sprints
- Contribute to Build-to-Learn development philosophy
Technical Overview
End-to-end platform building from concept to production, including proof-of-concept development, specification crystallization from working prototypes, and iterative Feature Sprints. Emphasis on a Build-to-Learn philosophy for fast experimentation and shipping.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level founding engineer who has built complete platforms end-to-end in startup environments. They are comfortable leading Discovery Builds, turning prototypes into production-grade software, and running Feature Sprints with a Build-to-Learn mindset.
