Remote medical coding specialist responsible for accurately coding procedures and diagnoses with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS, reviewing documentation for completeness, and ensuring regulatory compliance and payer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate coding of procedures and diagnoses
- Documentation review
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements
- Collaborate with RCM/Billing teams
- Participate in audits and QA
Technical Overview
